FastRoute had previously reroofed an extension to the house - an absolutely first-class job, done with very little inconvenience to ourselves.

As a result of this, we had no hesistation in asking the company to replace our patio and build a conservatory. This involved considerable alteration to the house and complete redecoration of the room from which we would have access. We are more than pleased with the fine workmanship of the finished rooms.

We were kept informed prior to each stage when a variety of very skilled craftsmen were expected. They were all very friendly and ensured that each stage was completed to our entire satisfaction.

We are absolutely thrilled with the final result which is above and beyond our expectations.

I just wanted to write a quick email to say thank you so much to Leo and tell you how above and beyond he went for us last week. He came over to do the gas and boiler check as booked by the Estate Agent, and not only was he completely lovely, but I was having a complete mare due to having mice and rats coming into the kitchen and freaking me out, and he sealed up the holes for me with silicone and checked their access routes outside, and explained about the wall cavities, etc, and how I could move forward to deal with the situation.

It made a huge difference, so I just wanted to say thank you to him for his kindness, and let you know how brilliant he is (as I'm sure you already know!)

Thank you for our new bathroom, we are delighted with how it's turned out and we no longer have personal hygiene issues!

We thought all your staff were helpful and carried out works professionally and efficiently, minor gremlins were overcome. We have met Leo, Aaron, Josh, Callum, Ged (dad), and Jack, and spoken to Lindsey (mum) and seen your dog! So we feel well acquainted with FastRoute. Lovely people to come to our home.

Would mention Josh who was well-met, got on with the job, listened to us the customer, and showed great innovation skills. He is a credit to you and your company. He also did not drink tea or coffee and my chocolate biscuits are still unopened!!

We were also grateful to Luke at City Plumbing for his help and guidance, the fact that we saved money on the vanity unit due to obsolescence was a bonus!! Give Luke our regards.
